A Voice for Pittsfield Families
Hello and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Tricia Farley-Bouvier and I currently serve the people of the 3rd Berkshire District as their Representative in Boston.
In this time of fiscal crisis, I believe it is critical for the needs of families to be represented in our state government. It often seems that the first programs to be threatened by cuts are the very services that are most important to the families of our city. From elder service programs to workforce development and education, state government provides essential services for famlies throughout the Commonwealth. As your state representative, I have acted as a strong advocate for the needs of the people and families of Pittsfield.
My mission is threefold: 1) To generate job growth by promoting workforce development and small business expansion, 2) To marshal the resources of the state to enhance the quality of education available in Pittsfield, and 3) To improve the transparency of and accessibility to state government.
This year, I will also work collaboratively with my fellow legislators to develop a responsible state budget that preserves the social safety net for those most in need.
